1. Overview of Account Deletion

InnoGen Labs is committed to providing straightforward, user-controlled data deletion. In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v), Google Play Store data safety standards, and applicable privacy regulations, users may delete their accounts and all associated data at any time.

2. In-App Deletion vs. Web Request

Depending on the specific architecture of each InnoGen Labs product, account deletion can be initiated in two ways:

• Direct In-App Deletion: For applications with cloud-backed user accounts, you can permanently delete your account directly inside the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.
• Web Deletion Request: If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your device, you can submit an online deletion request through the product-specific links below or via our support form.
• On-Device Only Apps: For applications that operate purely on your local device without remote cloud accounts, deleting the app from your device immediately erases all stored local application data.

4. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When an account deletion request is processed:

• Your user credentials, profile information, and authentication tokens are permanently purged.
• Any user-generated data stored on cloud servers is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
• Active subscriptions must be canceled directly through your platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play) to prevent future billing, as platform store subscriptions are managed under Apple/Google billing agreements.

To request manual account or data deletion for any InnoGen Labs product, please send an email to support@innogenlabs.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request: [Product Name]" from the email address associated with your account, or submit a request via our Contact Form.
